Helloo all, I have been T2 for about 15 years now and has always have issues with what to eat especially dinner.
My dinner normally pasta, yam, green banana, potatoes, dumplings, soup, fish, chicken and on rare occasions red meat. As you can see most of the above are either classed as bad or very bad carbs.
What do you people normally have for dinner?
My BS range from 7.2 to 12. And I need to reduce it.

I have personally given up on rice and potatoes because heavy carbs are really bad for blood sugar levels. Just doing this much has helped me keep my bs levels moderate. I enjoy eating salads a lot, i normally make a salad with some protein like tuna or red beans, and I add some greens and dressing to it. If im feeling good about my blood sugar then Ill add some pasta to the salad. I also take these supplements that are made of natural extracts and are formulated to help with diabetes.
