Having an improper diet can lead you to a mental health issues. your brain can be damaged because of lack of nutritions.

Yes this is true. I always try to look out for myself and guarantee a healhy diet. But because I have a very stressfull job, I also use supplements to support this. At the moment, I usually stick to this product, but there are some others I tried. What do you do or your mental health?

Maybe some1 can advise me something else? My friend, I may advise you a few good natural medicaments like fab cbd, for example. I love them because they have no chemicals. Except for these medicaments, I may suggest your hot shower or bathes with ocean salt and there are a lot of good toys for antistress. You just need to squeeze them and you would relax in a moment!
