In a scenario where a multiple vehicles collided. Multiple casualties. Luckily there is a doctor on scene , however the doctor has to put his finger in the neck of a victim to prevent him from bleeding to death(punctured carotid artery)(victim A). Beside the doctor is a patient suffering from cardiac tamponade. There happens to be another victim only with minimal abrasion(victim B). Could the doctor guide victim B to perform a pericardiocentesis ? Or rather the physician would ask victim B to take his place and perform the procedure himself? I am not studying medicine so i am curious of this scenario. Plus not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. Hope you guys wont think i am weird
